The Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union Provided Guidance at the Legal Advocacy Training Course No.5 for the Head of Civil Service Organizations

The Legal Advocacy Training Course No.5 for the Head of Civil Service Organizations, which is being held at the Legal Advocacy Center of the Ministry of Legal Affairs from January 8 to March 28, 2025, will include lectures delivered by Union Ministers, the Chairperson of the Anti-Corruption Commission, members of the Constitutional Tribunal, Judge of the Supreme Court of the Union, member of the Union Civil Service Board, and Directors General of relevant departments of the Ministry of Legal Affairs, and subject matter experts.

On 23-1-2025, the Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union Dr. Thida 00 delivered a lecture on the objectives, responsibilities and implementation of the Ministry of Legal Affairs. The Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union addressed the trainees on the establishment of the Ministry of Legal Affairs, the functions of the Minister’s Office and four Departments, the five goals of the Strategic Plan (2025-2029), titled “ Building Legal Trust for the People”, the duties and powers of the Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union outlined in the Attorney-General of the Union Law and Rules, and the amendments and changes within the Ministry of Legal Affairs, and answered the questions raised by the trainees.

A total of 27 trainees, including Permanent Secretaries, Directors General, Deputy Director General, Pro-rectors from the Union Ministries and Union Level Organizations attended the training. After the lecture, the Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union, the Deputy Minister and Deputy Attorney General, Directors General, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Deputy Directors General, trainers, and trainees took a commemorative photo.
