Holding the Coordination Meeting for the Enactment of the Third Amendment of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union Law (Draft)

The coordination meeting for the enactment of the Third Amendment of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union Law (Draft) was held in the meeting hall of the Ministry of Legal Affairs at 10:00 a.m. today.

The Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union of the Ministry of Legal Affairs H.E. Dr. Thida Oo, the Deputy Minister and Deputy Attorney General H.E. Dr. Htain Linn Oo, the member of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union U Kyaw San, Director General of the Legislative Draft Vetting Department Dr. Kyi Kyi Than Aung and responsible persons attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union H.E. Dr. Thida Oo delivered the opening speech and the member of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union U Kyaw San explained and discussed the reasons for drafting the enactment of the Third Amendment of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union Law (Draft).

The Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union H.E. Dr. Thida Oo discussed on the ambiguous matters of the Third Amendment of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union Law (Draft) and finalized the discussion to further submit whether it is necessary to enact the law at present because this Law (Draft) is important for Constitutional matters.
