The Permanent secretary from the Union Attomey Genera|s office and Mr.Mamoru SAKAI from JICA signed Record of Discussion (RoD) between the Union Attomey General’s office and Japan Intemational cooperation Agency (JICA) to perform the project for capacity development of legal, judicial and relevant sectors in Myanmar (Phase-2) in this moming.
In the aftemoon, the Deputy Attomey General received the delegation led by Mr.Sunao ISHIIVIARU, Deputy Secretary, Embassy of Japan to Myanmar andMr.Tsuyoshi SAITO, expert in insurance. In meeting, legal affairs such as: to make foreign investment in Myanmm in respect of insurance, to recognize the standards for foreign inswance license, to take into consideration of companies that are strong finance and actually benefit to the State in choosing intended insurance companies are discussed friendly between them. H.E. U win Myint, the Deputy Attomey General,Deputy Director Generals and responsible persons attended to such meeting.
