The Attorney General of the Union receives Mr.Mark Mcdowell, head of International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance

H.E. U Tun Tun Oo, the Attorney General of the Union received a delegation led by Mr.Mark Mcdowell, the head of International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA) at the meeting room in the Union Attorney General’s Office at 10: 00 a.m. this morning.

During the meeting, they discussed the outcome from the workshop held jointly by Union General’s Office and IDEA on the constitutional and federal systems; the constitutional affairs, upcoming workshops and trainings relating to the role of the Union Attorney General’s Office and the matters on cooperation with research department of IDEA, intended to promote the knowledge of the law officers.

H.E.U Win Myint, Deputy Attorney General, Daw Nu Nu Yin, Permanent Secretary and U Min Swe, Director General also attended the meeting.
