The Attorney General of the Union Receives Organizations of Legal Professionals from Abroad

              H.E.U Tun Tun Oo, the Attorney General of the Union received the responsible officials of UNDP and My Justice at 10 a.m., the leader of the My Justice Program Team and the responsible officials from the International Bridges to Justice (IBJ) at the meeting room of the Union Attorney General’s Office at 2 p.m. today respectively.

              In the morning meeting of the responsible officials of LINDP and My Justice, they discussed about the formation of an advisory board of the Rule of Law Centers and Justice Affairs Coordination Committee and the stipulation for its functions and duties. In the afternoon, the Attorney General of the Union also received Ms. Caitlin Reiger, the leader of the My Justice Program Team and the responsible officials from the International Bridges to Justice (IBJ). In that meeting, they discussed the matters on expansion of justice centers and to be implemented jointly by the International Bridges to Justice (IBJ) and My Justice.

              Deputy Attorney General H.E. U Win Myint, Permanent Secretary Daw Nu Nu Yin and Deputy Permanent Secretary from the Union Attorney General’s Office also attended those meetings.
