H.E. U Tun Tun Oo, the Attorney General of the Union received H.E. Mr.Robert Chua, Ambassador of Singapore at the diplomatic room in the Union Attorney General’s Office at 11:30 a.m. in this morning.
During this meeting, they discussed frankly about the matters of legal cooperation between Singapore and Myanmar, development of legal and human resources which are carried out under the Memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed by the Ministry of Justice of Singapore and the union Attorney General’s Office, the investment of Singapore’s citizens, bilateral Commercial contract and contract for not double taxation, assistance in necessary sector to be provided by the Singapore for promoting the rule of law in Myanmar’
The Deputy Attorney General H.E.U Win Myint, Permanent Secretary Daw Nu Nu Yin, and Director General Dr.Thida Oo from the Union Attorney General’s Office also attended in this meeting.
