H.E. U Tun Tun Oo, the Union Attorney General received Singapore Ambassador H.E.Vanessa Chan in the International Call Chamber of the Union Attorney General’s Office at l6:00 pm this afternoon.
During the meeting, the Union Attorney General explained her about scrutiny and advising of draft laws, tendering legal advice to commercial contracts, appearing the cases on behalf of the State, the coordination process of rules of laws. And then, they cordially discussed matters relating to the coordination process of legal affairs between the Union Attorney General’s Office and the Ministry of Law, Attorney General’s Chambers of Singapore, the process of human resources development, providing the legal information, and the coordination processes of areas between the legal institutions of the two countries.
Deputy Attorney General U Win Myint, Permanent Secretary Daw Nu Nu Yin and Director General Dr. Thida Oo were also attended this meeting.
