H.E U Tun Tun Oo, Attorney General of the Union received H.E Mr. Lee Sanghwa, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea at the meeting hall of Union Attorney General’s Office at 10:00 a.m. this morning.
In this meeting, they cordially discussed about the process of the launching Myanmar Law Information System (MLIS) which has been cooperating between the Attorney General’s Office and the Ministry of Government Legislation of the Republic of Korea with the support of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in June, 2018. Then, they also discussed about the importance of legal awareness for improving the rule of law, the investment promotion, the protection for copyright, the cooperation of technology in prosecution works, and the promoting of cooperation in other legal fields.
U Win Myint, Deputy Attorney General and U Min Swe, Director General also attended this meeting.
