H.E . U Tun Tun Oo, the Attorney General of the Union received Ms . Virginia Gamba and part y, the United Nations Secretary-General ‘s Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict at the Meeting Hall of the Union Attorney General ‘s Office at 10:30 am this morning.
In this meeting , they cordially discussed matters regarding the enactment of the child’s rights bill , protecting the right of children affected by armed conflict , taking action against the persons who violate the rights of children effectively, ratifying the additional protocol on the children ‘s right s and cooperation between the United Nations and Myanmar on protection of the children’s right.
The Deputy Attorney General H.E. U Win Myint , the Permanent Secretary Daw Nu Nu Yin and Deputy Director General U Kyaw Kyaw Naing also attended this meeting.
