Union Attorney General receives members of the Board of the International Civil and Commercial Law Centre under the Ministry of Justice of Japan

H.E U Tun Tun Oo, the Union Attorney General received a delegation led by Mr.Kunihiko SAKAI, the former president of the Legal Training and Research Institute under the Ministry of Justice of Japan and the board member of the International Civil and Commercial Law Center, and Mr. Takeo KOSUGI, the former president of Asia and Pacific Law Firm in the meeting hall of the Union Attorney General’s Office at 10:00 am today.

In the meeting, they discussed matters related to cooperation in the development of legal sector of Myanmar, sending law officers to training courses and continuing experience exchanged programme, closer cooperation in the process of peace and rule of law, area of cooperation with Japan International Civil and Commercial Law Center, raising the investment from Japan and conducting training courses on arbitration.

The Permanent Secretary Daw Nu Nu Yin, Director General U Min Swe, and Deputy Director General U Kyaw Kyaw Naing, also attended this meeting.
