Nay Pyi Taw, March 29
H.E. U Htun Htun Oo, Attorney General of the Union, received H.E. Mr. Ronen Gilor, Ambassador of Israel, at the International Call Chamber of the Union Attorney General’s Office at 10:00 a.m. this morning.
During the meeting, they discussed that Myanmar and Israel have the same legal system; law officers’ capacity in prosecution is being enhanced as crimes committed by using technology , are increasing; laws are being enacted and amended to be harmonized with the market economic system ; workshops and training are continuously held in cooperation with international organizations for the improvement of skills in field of working and subjects; cooperation between organizations of two countries will be promoted for strengthening legal and justice sector.
Deputy Attorney General U Win Myint, Permanent Secretary Daw Nu Nu Yin , Director General Daw Khin Cho Ohn and Director General Dr. Thida Oo also attended this meeting.
