Dr. Thida OO, Union Minister and Union Attorney General of’ the Ministry of Legal Affairs attends the stake-driving (groundbreaking) ceremony for the Training Hall of the Legal Advocacy Center and RCC three-storey Administration building

            The stake-driving ceremony for the Training Hall of the Legal Advocacy Center and three-storey Administration building RCC was held in the Zawana Thihti quarter, Oattarathiri township in Nay Pyi Taw at 8:00 a.m. this morning and Dr. Thida OO, Union Minister and Union Attomey General of the Minisüy of Legal Affairs, U San Lwin, Deputy Minister and Deputy Attorney General, U Win Phay, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Construction, Directors General, Deputy Directors General and the responsible officials of the Ministry of Legal Affairs and the Ministry of Construction attended the ceremony. The construction of the Legal Advocacy Center is an unfinished plan and now it is continued and if it is finished, the matters on raising of legal awareness will be implemented in accordance with the guidance of the Chairperson of the State Administration Council.

            Firstly, Dr. Thida OO, Union Minister and Union Attorney General of the Ministry of Legal Affairs, U Win Phay, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Construction and the responsible officials who attended the stake-driving ceremony for the Training Hall of the Legal Advocacy Center and three-storey Administration building (180ft x 130ft) took nine designated places to drive stakes into ground. Afterwards, the Master of Ceremony recited the Zaya Mingalar verses and the officials drove the stakes into the ground at the designated places and sprinkled the scented water over them, and the ceremony was concluded by showering money onto the guests.
