Holding the Closing Ceremony of Refresher Course No. (1/2023) for Mid-Level Law

The Closing Ceremony of Refresher Course No. (1/2023) for Mid-Level Law Officers was held at the three-story building (middle floor) meeting hall of the Ministry of Legal Affairs this afternoon at 2:00 p.m. In the ceremony, the Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union H.E. Dr, T hida 00, delivered the closing speech.

At the closing ceremony, H.E. Dr. Thida Oo, the Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union said that this training course is designed for the Grade 1 and Grade 2 law officers who are serving at the Ministry of Legal Affairs, Offices of the Advocates General of Region or State and District law offices; and its aim is to know the Union Attorney General s Office was reformed as the Ministry of Legal Affairs, the functions and duties of the departments of the Ministry of Legal Affairs and to enhance their capacities and work performance. The following subjects Were taught during the training: Legal English, Legislative Drafting, Amending Law and Subordinate Law Drafting the Legislative Draft ‘Vetting Subject, Advising Commercial Contract as Legal! Advising Subject, the’ Dispute Relating to the State Land Administration and Squatters, and 1955, Government Premises (Eviction) Acts in the Legal Advising Subject; Pre-Trial Legal’ Advice, Prosecution, Presenting an Argument, Appeal and Revision Cases and Civil Suits Proceedings in the Prosecution Subject; Civil Service Personnel Law and Rules, Inspection of the Office, Administration Directives, Planning the Allocation of the Budget Procedures in the Administration Subject, she was very glad for the effort of the trainees during the training period; she believes that all trainees will apply the knowledge relating to prosecution and other knowledge gained from the course to their workplace for the effective performance of their functions of department and country.

The Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union, the Deputy Minister and Deputy Attorney General, Directors General, Deputy Directors General, trainers and trainees attended the closing ceremony.
