The Attorney General of the Union speaks at International Treaties Negotiation Workshop

                H.E.U Tun Tun Oo, the Attorney General of the Union attended to the opening ceremony of International Treaties Negotiation Workshop in coordination of Union Attorney General’s Office and Ministry of Law in Singapore, held in the meeting hall at Union Attorney General’s Office at 9:00 a.m. today.

               During the meeting, the Attorney General of the Union said that Ministry of Law in Singapore and Union Attorney General’s Office signed Memorandum of
Understanding for the legal cooperation in 2014; under this plan, the cooperation has been promoted for the development of legal sector; commercial law training, criminal law training, legal translation training, English training, workshop and recruitment training were provided; this training will assist the law officers in discussion of International Treaties, and in scrutinizing and giving advice relating to them; the trainees should learn and discuss in the training actively.

              The training takes from 3rd to 4th April in 2017. To such opening ceremony, Deputy Attorney General H.E.U Win Myint, Director Generals, Officials, Principal Senior Consultant from Ministry of Law in Singapore, trainers and twenty trainees attended.
