H.E. U Tun Tun Oo, the Attorney General of the Union, received a delegation led by Mr. Keiichiro Nakazawa, Chief Representative of the JICA Myanmar office, in the International Call Chamber of the Union Attorney General’s Office at 11:15 am here this morning.
In the meeting, they discussed the implementation of legal affairs and human resource development in the phase I of the project 2013-2018 between the Union Attorney General’s Office and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), plans for the cooperation in the future by extending the period as the phase II of the project and the matters for participation of JICA in the functions of the Coordinating Body for Rule of Law Centers formed by the Union Government in February this year and the performance of the Justice Sector.
U Win Myint, the Deputy Attorney General, Daw Khin Cho Ohn and U Min Swe, Directors General and Mr. Masayuki Karasawa, a new country Director of the JICA Myanmar Office attended the meeting.
