           The Attorney General of the Union H.E. U Tun Tun Oo received the Ambassador of Denmark H.E. Mr. John Nielsen at the meeting hall of the Office of the Attorney General of the Union through Virtual Meeting at 15:00 pm this afternoon.

             In the meeting, they discussed the matters that the ongoing works under the Memorandum of Understanding for the rule of law signed by the Office of the Attorney General of the Union and the Embassy of Denmark in 2016; the ways to be implemented the activities of the programme for 2020 that cannot be implemented during covid-19 contagious disease response period; cooperation on legal research, legal drafting and providing training based on subjects related to each Department of the Office of the Attorney General of the Union under such programme, and continued cooperation works.

           H.E. U Win Myint, the Deputy Attorney General and Dr. Thida Oo, the Permanent Secretary also attended the meeting.
