The opening ceremony of the Capacity Building Training Course No 2/2021 of the Office of the Attorney General of the Union was held at 9:00 a.m. this morning. H.E. Dr. Thida 00, the Attorney General of the Union, delivered a speech at the Opening Ceremony.
In her speech, the Attorney General of the Union said that this training course aim to train the office superintendents and the branch clerks serving in the respective departments of the Office of the Attorney General of the Union in order to perform their duties including office works and budget and accounts accurately and expeditiously, to manage the documents and files properly which shall be kept in their relevant section, to understand civil service personnel rules and regulations, to aid the superior officers and to be mentors for the junior staff: the Capacity Building Training Course No. 1/2021 was held in February; this training course is intended for the rest of office superintendents and branch clerks; experienced trainers will, both theoretically and practically, instruct the trainees in office work including how to write office letter, how to keep the registration books, files and records, pension matters, budget and accounts which are necessary in carrying out their daily duties; topics on Civil Service Personnel Law and Rules, administrative directives, corruption prevention, tender, EGovernment, Myanmar Law Information System (MLIS), librarianship, practical English usage at office and the Government Secret Act will also be delivered at the training; invaluable experience and knowledge will be gained after training; these experience and knowledge will be useful throughout the life of service personnel; as the trainees are office superintendents and branch clerks, they need to give guidance junior clerks and office helpers who need to pay respect to and obey their senior officer; the trainees need not only to preserve the dignity of the office of the Attorney General of the Union but also supervise other persons to do so.
The Deputy Attorney General U San Lwin, Directors General, Deputy Directors General, Directors, trainers and trainees attended the opening ceremony. The duration of the training course is two weeks.
