H.E. U Tun Tun Oo, the Attorney General of the Union received the Ambassador of Britain Mr. Patrick Daniel Chugg at the meeting hall of the Union Attorney General’s Office at 10:45 a.m. this morning.
In the meeting, they discussed matters related to enhancing the rule of lav.; programmes to be cooperated in launching English classes and sending the scholars for human resources development; legal aid processes for My Justice Program of the British Council; conditions on cooperation with Financial Action Task Force (FATF); processes of democratic reform and the role of the media.
The Deputy Attorney General U Win Myint, the Permanent Secretary Daw Nu Nu Yin and Directors General U Min Swe and Dr Thida Oo also attended this meeting.
