The Coordination Meeting concerning the Historic Person and Monument Law (draft)was held in the meeting room of the Ministry of Legal Affairs at 10:00 a.m. this morning.
Discussion
The Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union, H.E. Dr. Thida Oo, the
Director General, Dr. Thida San and responsible persons from the Ministry of Legal Affairs and the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture attended the meeting. They made the discussion on the Historic Person and Monument Law (draft) in accordance with the guidelines of the State Adrninistration Council. During this discussion regarding whether the law should be enacted or not at the present, it was finally discussed that the Historic Person and Monument Law should be enacted at the present, and necessary provisions to be enacted in the law.
