The Union Attorney General H.E. U Tun Tun Oo received Senior Land Administration Specialist and Task Team Leader of the World Bank Mr. Paul Prettitore and delegation at the meeting hall of the Union Attorney General ‘s Office at 14:00 p.m. today.
In this meeting, they discussed matters about the current Land Laws and practice of them; performances of enacting the National Land Law to be inclusive of all sectors; performances of farm land and other confiscated lands to be scrutinized again, and processes of transferring confiscated lands to the relevant persons; resolving squatting lands and land disputes in accordance with laws, and cooperation to be improved laws related to land sectors.
The Deputy Attorney General U Win Myint, Director General Dr. Swe Swe Aung and Deputy Director General Dr. Thida San also attended this meeting.
