H. E. U Tun Tun Oo, the Attorney General of the Union, received Mr.Jim Taylor, Country Director of International Bridges to Justices (IBJ) and party at the meeting room of the Union Attorney General’s Office at 11:00 a.m this morning.
During the meeting, matters relating to improving justice sector, legal aid to the poor accused in criminal cases, educating legal knowledge to public, attending courses in IBJ rule of law centre by departmental officers related to judiciary and promoting cooperation between rule of law centre and coordination bodies in Region and State were discussed.
H.E. U Win Myint, Deputy Director Attorney General’s Permanent Secretary Daw Nu Nu Yin and Director General Dr. Thida Oo also attended this meeting.
