H.E. U Tun Tun Oo, Attorney General of the Union received Mr. James A.Goldston, Managing Director of the Open Society Myanmar Foundation and delegations at the International Chamber in the Union Attorney General’s Office at 11.00 a.m today.
In this meeting, the Attorney General of the Union explained the matters that scrutinizing and advising the bills, scrutinizing and advising the commercial contracts including international and regional contracts, appearing the criminal and civil cases on behalf of the State, coordination between the relevant departments and organizations for the rule of law, coordination with foreign organizations for the development of human resources, and they discussed the processes to be coordinated for the rule of law.
Deputy Attorney General H E. U Win Myint, Permanent Secretary Daw Nu Nu Yin and Director General Dr. Thida Oo also attended this meeting.
