The Union Attorney General U Tun Tun Oo received Dr. Christophe Bernasconi , the Secretary-General of the Asia and Pacific Region Branch of Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) established in Hon Kong special administrative region and delegation in the international call chamber of the Union Attorney General’s Office at 10:30 a.m. today .
During the meeting, they closely discussed matters related to the Private International Law that would be assisted the development of Myanmar’s investment and trade sectors, the cooperation between the Union Attorney General’s Office and HCCH to develop the human resources for dealing with the international civil and trade law suits, and visions for Myanmar to be a member in the HCCH’ s agreement.
The Permanent Secretary Daw Nu Nu Yin and Director General Dr. Swe Swe Aung also attended this meeting.
