The Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union of the Ministry of Legal Affairs H.E. Dr. Thida Oo received Mr. Arnaud De Baecque, the Resident Representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Myanmar, and Legal Advisor Ms. Samindika Dilani Elkaduwe at 10:00 a.m. this morning at Diplomatic Hall of the Ministry of Legal Affairs.
During the meeting, they discussed matters regarding the dissemination of International Humanitarian Law(lHL), the process of publishing the Myanmar version of the Geneva Conventions,and providing International Humanitarian Law(lHL) workshops and training.
The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Minister and Deputy Attorney General, and the Directors General, alongside the Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union.
