H.E.U Tun Tun Oo, the Union Attorney General, attended and delivered the Speech at the Closing Ceremony of the Refresher Course No.3 I for the Law Officer Grade-3 held in the meeting hall of the Union Attorney General’s Office, a 9:30A.M. this morning.
In delivering the speech, the Union Attorney General said that the prosecution is one of the duties of law officers and it is very important to strengthen the Rule of Law and justice sector; law officers need to perform their duties in accordance with the Attorney General Of the Union Law and Rules, to conduct cases fairly for the rights of plaintiffs and accused persons in accordance with laws to promote fair trial rights; to have a good character and positive attitude as well as to be free from corruption; to observe the Code of Ethics for Law Officers and disciplines of civil servant; and to study various laws for broader understanding.
The Deputy Attorney General, the Permanent Secretary, Directors General, Deputy Directors General, Directors, Deputy Directors, trainers and 31 trainees also attended the closing ceremony.
