H.E. U Tun Tun Oo, the Attorney General of the Union received the delegation led by Prof. Simon Tay, Chairperson of Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA) at the International Call Chamber of the Union Attorney General’s Office at 10:00 am here this morning.
During the meeting, they friendly discussed about endeavours to develop legal framework for investment, creating incentive to encourage foreign investments based on the rule of law, reduction of long process of Myanmar Investment Commission to give the approvals for investment expeditiously and smoothly, planning to access legal information in timely and plan for cooperation in getting more experiences relating to Business Laws and Contracts for the officers from the Union Attorney General’s Office.
H.E. U Win Myint, Deputy Attorney General, Daw Nu Nu Yin, Permanent Secretary and Dr. Kyi Kyi Than Aung, Director from the Union Attorney General’s Office also attended the meeting.
