The ceremony of the eve of Thingyan festival (2022) was held at the Ministry of Legal Affairs at 10:30 a.m. and catudisa was offered to the officers and staff who are performing the duty in the Ministry. At the ceremony, H.E. Dr. Thida Oo, the Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union said that the ceremony of the eve of Thingyan festival of this year is the first ceremony of this Ministry after reformation of the Ministry of Legal Affairs; she wishes the staff and officers to be happy and healthy and to perform the duties for country and family with heart and soul after refreshing mind with Thingyan water in Myanmar New Year; and she also wishes all the people in the world to be free from pandemics and to behappy and healthy in New Year. And, the Deputy Minister and Deputy Attomey General, and Directors General said the new year wishes respectively.
After that, H.E.Dr.Thida Oo, the Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union, and U San Lwin, the Deputy Minister and Deputy Attorney General took part in offering catudisa to the officers and staff of the Ministry, and joined the dance with Thingyan songs and gave the reward and closed the ceremony.
Directors General from the departments, Deputy Directors General, Directors and officers and staff also attended the ceremony.
