The Final Coordination Meeting on the Amending Law of the Court Fees Act (draft) is held at the Meeting Hall of the Ministry of Legal Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw at 10:00 a.m. today. The Union Minister and Attorney General of the Ministry of Legal Affairs H.E. Dr. T hida 00, the Deputy Minister and Deputy Attorney General of the Ministry of Legal Affairs Dr. Htain Lin 00, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Planning and Finance U Min Htut, the Deputy Director General of the Legislative Draft Vetting Department Daw Aye Win, the Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Planning and Finance U Tin Htwe and the responsible persons from the Ministry of Legal Affairs and the Ministry of Planning and Finance attended the meeting.
Finalizing the Discussion
In the meeting, they discussed the Amending Law of the Court Fees Act (Draft) for finalization in accordance with the guidance, and discussed to enact the Amending Law of the Court fees Act because of the findings that need to be inserted in the original law in order to be in line with the current situation, and the sections to be amended.
