H.E. U Tun Tun Oo, the Attorney General of the Union received My Justice team leader Ms Catlin Regier who opened justice centers in Myanmar and carried out the interests of the public, Project Officer Mr. Vaclav Svejda, and Head of EU delegation of cooperation Dr. Johann Hesse at the meeting hall of the Union Attorney General Office at 10:00 A.M this morning.
In the meeting, they discussed with technicians the matters related to the correlation between rule of law and peace process, access to justice to the public, the performance of mobile application providing the domestic law and fundamental rights to the public if necessary for the effectiveness of Myanmar judiciary system.
The Directors General, the Deputy Directors General and responsible persons also attended this meeting together with the Union Attorney General.
