The Attorney General of the Union Holds the Third Meeting of Bar Council

            The Attorney General of the Union is the chairperson of the Bar Council. The third meeting of Bar Council was held at the meeting hall of the Union Attorney General’s Office at 10:00 a.m.in this morning.
In the meeting, 374 applications submitted to list as advocate were scrutinized and approved. Then, they discussed and approved remark whether or not to take action under subsection (1) of section 10 of the Bar Council Act, and matters to be transferred to the Supreme Court of the Union on the submissions of ethics of advocates and higher grade pleaders.
The meeting ended in the afternoon. Deputy Attorney General who is vice-chairman, judge of the Supreme Court of the Union, advocates and director generals who are members, also attended the meeting.
